Former RAF pilot and now adviser at Universal Defence and Security Solutions, Air Vice Marshal Sean Bell, says Russian forces have retreated from northern Ukraine with the intention of refocussing their efforts on the south and east of Ukraine.

The governor of Ukraine’s eastern Luhansk region has said Russian forces will likely launch a full-scale offensive in the region in the next few days.
